Vivamix is the official distributor and service provider of KitchenAid in Poland since 1991. Known for its reputation in delivering high-quality kitchen appliances.

Challange

Vivamix needed to address customer frustration caused by the unavailability of high-demand products like KitchenAid mixers. Constantly checking for product availability consumed valuable time for customers and impacted Vivamix’s reputation and revenue. The challenge was to create a system that could deliver real-time, personalized notifications to inform customers about the availability or unavailability of their desired products across a large inventory, while reducing the workload of the customer service team.

Vivamix collaborated with Vecton to implement an automated tracking and notification system powered by the Bloomreach (CDXP Exponea) platform. The system dynamically tracked product availability and notified customers in real-time. Customers could submit requests for notifications about temporarily unavailable items, and the system continuously updated and monitored inventory levels.

Personalized notifications were sent via email, ensuring customers were informed when their preferred products were available or unavailable, enabling them to make purchases conveniently.
