Sending applications

You fill out a short form and submit your resume. This is the first step for us to get to know each other.

First contact

We talk on the phone — we want to find out why you want to join us and what motivates you.

Introductory meeting

You talk to your future manager and a potential colleague about what you need to develop, what experience you have and what expectations you have.

Practical task

You get an assignment tailored to the role you're applying for — we want to see how you approach the challenges.

Talk about the task

We meet to talk about your solution. We want to understand your mindset, approach to problems and priorities.
