My role is to oversee all aspects of services at Vecton, including managing client relationships, developing processes to increase Vecton’s efficiency and quality, and leading our team of experts. I stay close to the projects, personally participating in selected ones, and share my knowledge as a postgraduate lecturer at Kozminski University, where I teach courses on communication personalization and hyper-personalization.
